EXECUTIVE CHEF / EXECUTIVE HEAD CHEF OPPORTUNITY | HOTEL | CONFERENCE & EVENTS | SYDNEY
Global Skills Connect is seeking an experienced culinary leader for an established hotel operation in Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef ready for the next step, or an experienced Head Chef looking to broaden their leadership responsibilities.
The role will focus on:
✔️ Conference & Events (200+ pax)
✔️ Restaurant operations
✔️ Breakfast service
✔️ Team leadership & development
✔️ Food safety, compliance & HACCP
✔️ Cost control, rostering & operational performance
The successful candidate will oversee the entire food operation, with a strong emphasis on driving Conference & Events while maintaining consistency across all outlets.
What we're looking for:
* Hotel environment experience incorporating restaurant, breakfast, conferencing and events
* Strong operational leadership and team development capability
* Experience managing high-volume service environments
* Sound understanding of compliance, kitchen financials and food safety systems
* Ability to build structure, culture and consistency
* Currently located in Australia
💰 Salary up to $125K + Super
