Spray Painter (Luxuary Cars)

As a spray painter, you will be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles to OEM specifications with a focus on premium automotive finishes. You'll work on a range of luxury vehicles, ensuring precision, durability, and a flawless finish every time. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply automotive paint and finishes to vehicle surfaces with precision and attention to detail

• Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate and consistent results, following manufacturer specifications

• Collaborate with the repair team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of painting tasks

• Conduct thorough inspections of painted surfaces, identifying and addressing any imperfections

• Stay abreast of industry advancements in paint technologies and techniques

About You:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter, with a strong portfolio showcasing quality paint finishes

• Proficient in color matching and mixing, with a keen eye for detail in achieving desired paint results

• Effective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with colleagues and other departments

• Adaptable and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on evolving automotive painting technologies

• Problem-solving mindset, demonstrating resourcefulness to overcome challenges and ensure high-quality outcomes
